Getting over depression

Almost one in four of people in Britain will probably have some sort of mental health problem in their lives. Depression is, without a doubt, one of the most common mental health problems, and often experienced with anxiousness.

However, depression is far more than just being unhappy with the way life is at the present time. The constant low moods that individuals with depression often  have can seem permanent and oppressive.

It may drain  you of  energy, and getting the support that you need can be difficult, because of that low feeling and tiredness,  isolation can worsen depression, so it is important that you find the strength to look to people for support and help. – talk to someone about your feelings.

When I was depressed I found it difficult to get up in the morning, to stay in bed was wonderful,  but that made it worse – you could  go for a walk, or swim, or some kind of exercise which can help,  Try Yoga, swimming, dancing .
work on getting rid of those negative thoughts,  hypnotherapy can certainly help with negative thoughts.

Aim for 8 hours sleep at night, get out in the sun, practice relaxation, and relaxation hypnotherapy, try and spend some time in the sunlight and push yourself to do a few things. It is also important to eat the right foods, do not skip meals, look after yourself.

I you don’t start to feel better, it is very important to see a professional to help you. It will not mean you are weak, depression can be treated and you can feel better.
