My opening times are 10.30 and last appointment 7.30 and most weekends from ll.30 last appointment 7.00pm.
A standard session (which can be up to two hours) costs £50.
Smoking cessation session which includes a CD costs £85. Should a follow-up session be needed they are charged at £45 per session.
My HypnoBirthing programme is four sessions at £260 and includes literature, CD's and Marie Mongan's book.
My HypnoFertility programme is four sessions at £240 and includes a CD.

Ask for bus to The George Park and Ride if you are coming by bus.
Southway, The George Park & Ride (Stop 1)
1. Head southwest on B3492/Plymbridge Rd toward A386/Tavistock Rd 46 ft
2. Slight left at A386/Tavistock Rd 98 ft
3. Slight right to stay on A386/Tavistock Rd 236 ft
4. Turn right at A386 30 ft
5. Continue on Southway Dr 0.2 mi
6. Turn left at Barndale Crescent
Destination will be on the right 0.2 mi
Directions to the Clinic of Hypnosis and Stress Management.
I am five minutes from Plymouth Airport, or five minutes from Derriford Roundabout.
These are well known destinations.
Tamar Bridge from Cornwall by car to me.
1. head east on A38/Tamar Bridge and continue to follow A38
2. take the A386 exit towards Tavistock
3. merge onto A386/Tavistock Road
4. go through Derriford roundabout for point 9 of a mile.
5. At large traffic lights filter left down Southway Drive
6. take first left down Barndale Crescent until you come to a red pillar box on left.
7. Barningham Gardens is on the left. PL6 6HJ
From Derriford Roundabout by car. PL6 5 (five minutes from me but a well known destination)
1. head north west on Derriford roundabout toward A386/Tavistock Road
2. drive point nine of a mile to big traffic lights
3. filter left down southway drive.
4. take first left onto Barndale Crescent, and drive until you see red pillar box on the left, just before pillar box
5. turn left into Barningham Gardens.
6. Clinic is two houses from the bottom of the road on the left number 27.
